dc.description.abstract	Tématem této bakalářské práce je problematika dotací z fondů EU zaměřená na projekty města Slavičín. Teoretická část definuje specifika územně samosprávních celků v oblasti rozpočtu a jeho financování. Je zde popsáno, který způsob financování je nejvhodnější. V analytické části je teorie aplikována do praxe na konkrétním případě města. Tato část charakterizuje město a popisuje dosavadní úspěchy při získávání dotací na financování investic souvisejících s jeho rozvojem. V závěru je doporučen návrh další etapy v realizaci projektu města.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyse an issue of gaining grants from the EU funds accomplished by the town Slavicin. The theoretical part defines aspects of municipalities, their budget and financing. The most effective methods of funding are described in this part. An analytic part focuses on the application of theory into practice and is shown on one particular example. This section characterizes the town Slavicin, refers to the existing achievements of gaining grants in relation to financing investments of the town and its de-velopment. Suggestion of a next phase in realization of projects carried out by the town is offered in the conclusion.	en
