dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá aplikací vybraných metod průmyslového inženýrství v podniku MOMENT, spol. s r.o. Práce je rozdělena do dvou na sebe navazujících částí. V první části je zpracována literární rešerše, která je zaměřena na metody průmyslového inženýrství, produktivitu, plýtvání a štíhlou výrobu. Nabyté poznatky jsou pak využity při dalším řešení. Praktická část je rozdělena do více tematických úseků, kde v analytické části dochází k vyhodnocení současného stavu výrobního procesu. Provedené analýzy jsou pak východiskem pro navržení aplikace konkrétních metod s cílem omezit plýtvání a zefektivnit celý proces výroby.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the application of chosen methods in the industrial engineer-ing in the MOMENT, spol. s r.o. The thesis is divided into two consecutive parts. The background research that focuses on the methods in the industrial engineering, the produc-tivity, waste and lean production is elaborated in the first part. Gained knowledge is then used within the next resolution. The practical part is divided into more topical segments, when there is the evaluation of the current stage of the processing in the analytical part. Performed analysis? are then the starting point for the suggestion of the application of the certain methods with the aim of the limiting of the wasting and making the whole processing more effective.	en
