Tato diplomová práce si klade za cíl identifikaci procesní problematiky ve vybrané společnosti a problematiku vývoje softwarového nástroje. Na základě zadání od konrétní firmy vyrábějící okna, je identifikován proces zpracování objednávky a na jeho část je aplikován reengineering. Ten spočívá ve změně využívání původního komerčního softwarového nástroje za autorův program postavený na systému LaTeX. |
