Cílem této diplomové práce bylo zjistit, jakým způsobem a do jaké míry ovlivníme výslednou pryž, když budeme kombinovat dvě kaučukové směsi v různých, předem defi-novaných, poměrech. V teoretické části jsem popsal kaučuky jako surovinu pro výrobu pryží, skladbu kaučukových směsí a jejich přísad. Tato část se také zaobírá výslednými produkty (pryží) a jejich vlastnostmi. Tyto vlastnosti zjišťujeme pomocí zkoušek, které jsou také v této části popsány. V praktické části jsem z dostupných surovin vytvořil zkušební vzorky, které jsem dle předem popsaných zkoušek testoval a dále vyhodnocoval. V příloze se nacházejí všechny potřebné výkresy. |

The aim of this Diploma thesis was finding out, how and to what measure, we can affect the final vulcanized rubber, when we combine two rubber compound in different, predefined, ratios. Theoretical part is describing rubber as a raw material for vulcanized rubber pro-duction, structure of rubber compounds and their additives. This part is also describing final vulcanized rubber and its properties. We are determining these properties by tests, which are also mentioned in this part. In the practical part I prepared testing samples from available raw materials, these samples were testing by the described tests and then evaluated. In the supplement of this work, are all drawings. |
