Cílem diplomové práce je navržení konkrétních a reálných možností revitalizace bývalého průmyslového areálu SVIT Zlín. V teoretické části je popsána historie vzniku areálu, průmyslové činnosti a její utlumení. Jsou uvedeny základní pojmy z oblasti brownfields a nastíněna problematika revitalizace brownfieldů. V praktické části je analyzován současný stav areálu včetně SWOT analýzy a jsou zhodnoceny hlavní problémy areálu. Na základě analýzy byly navrženy strategické rozvojové cíle areálu a navržen projekt ?Moderní centrum Zlína?, který byl podrobně rozpracován a ověřen z pohledu ekonomické efektivnosti a realizovatelnosti. |
