Cílem této práce je správně identifikovat a vyhodnotit stávající stav corporate identity cestovní kanceláře Kudrna. Na základě získaných informací, výsledků výzkumů a hodnocení, navrhnout realizaci změn a opatření pro promyšlené, účinné, jednotné vystupování a chování organizace, které ve výsledném tvaru má být vnímáno a působit jako pozitivní image firmy u široké veřejnosti. |
