dc.description.abstract	Cílem této práce je pohled na možné využití vědních oborů, které jsou nedílnou součástí studia Sociální pedagogiky, v běžné manažerské praxi. Teoretická část rozebírá tři vědní disciplíny a jejich návaznost na praktické manažerské využití. Dále se zaměřuje na interpretaci nutnosti umět řídit a organizovat, komunikovat a rozhodovat. V praktické části je pomocí dotazníkového šetření zjišťován názor vedoucích pracovníků a manažerů na možné využití vědních oborů nepřímo souvisejících s technickým výkonem jejich profese.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this dissertation is to look into the inclusion of social science in the current management practice. The theoretical part looks into greater depth of three branches of social pedagogy and how they link into practical use in management. Furthermore, this work focuses on the vital skills of managing, organising, communicating as well as decision making. The practical part includes a survey of managers by the means of a questionnaire. It researches their opinion on the potential use of social science in management which is not directly relevant to the technical aspects of their job.	en
