Cílem mé bakalářské práce je zhodnocení hospodaření obce Halenkov v letech 2007 - 2009. V teoretické části vysvětluji základní pojmy týkající se obce a jejího hospodaření, které jsou definovány ve vybrané literatuře a zákonech. V praktické části analyzuji majetek a zdroje krytí, příjmy a výdaje obecního rozpočtu. V práci jsou využity některé ukazatele běžné finanční analýzy, které lze uplatnit i v oblasti samosprávných celků. |

In my bachelor thesis I attempted to evaluate the financial management of the Halenkov municipality over a period of three years (2007 to 2009). In the theoretical part, I clarify the fundamental terms of municipal structures and their financial management as the legislation and literature define them. In the practical part, I analyze the municipality's financial resources and assets and the in-come and expenses of the municipal budget. In the analysis, I utilized some common analytical tools that can also be applied by autonomous governments. |
