Práce zkoumá úroveň znalosti veřejnosti. Snaží se zmapovat úroveň informovanosti spotřebitelů při nákupu, ošetřování a reklamaci textilních výrobků. Teoretická část popisuje informace týkající se textilních výrobků. V analytické části je prováděn výzkum informovanosti spotřebitelů a jsou zhodnoceny výsledky této analýzy. Závěry tohoto výzkumu slouží k tvorbě publikace - manuálu. |

This work examines the level of public knowledge. It tries to map figure out the level of public awareness of textile products by buying, treatment and complain in Czech Republic. The theoretical part describes information about the textile products. In the analytical part, a research of consumer information is made the result of appraised. Finally, a user guide is created. |
