dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá implementací vybraných nástrojů controllingu ve společnosti XY s využitím odkazu Tomáše Bati a je rozdělena do dvou větších celků. V teoretické části jsou nejprve charakterizovány základní pojmy controllingu, vybrané controllingové nástroje, osoba controllera a dále tvorba a zavádění systému controllingu. Je zde také teoreticky vymezen odkaz Tomáše Bati v oblasti controllingu. Praktická část je rozdělena na dvě části. První část se věnuje charakteristice a analýze společnosti XY. Druhá část obsahuje návrh na využití vybraných nástrojů controllingu s využitím odkazu Tomáše Bati. Součástí projektu je zhodnocení efektivnosti a rizik projektu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the implementation of the selected controlling tools in the company XY. It usase the legacy of Tomas Bata, and it is divided into two larger units. There are charecterised basic concepts of the controlling, selected controlling instruments, the person controller and the creation and deployment of the system controlling at the beginning of the theoretical part. There is also a theoretically defined legacy of Tomas Bata in controlling. The practical part is divided into two parts. The first part deals with the characterization and analysis of the company XY. The second part contains the proposal for the usage of the selected controlling tools using the legacy of Tomas Bata. The evaluation of the effectiveness and risks of the project is also included.	en
