Bakalářská práce je zpracována na téma Program rozvoje města Kelč. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá legislativou a vymezením základních pojmů v oblasti regionálního rozvoje. Praktická část řeší celkový profil území, včetně popisu jednotlivých složek. Současný stav území města a souvisejících aspektů je zhodnocen ve SWOT analýze. Na základě analýzy jsou navrženy strategické cíle rozvoje včetně návrhu opatření a katalogu projektů pro budoucí rozvoj města. |

The Bachelor Thesis deals with the Development Programme of the town Kelč. This thesis is devided into two parts, a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part is concerned with legislation and description of basic concepts in the field of the regional development. The practical part solves the global profile of the region including description of the individual components. The Present status of this town and coherent aspect is evaluated in SWOT analyses. On the bases of analyses this work suggests strategic aims of the development including draft measures and a catalogue of projects for the next of the town development. |
