Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematiku bytové výstavby města Olomouc. V teoretické části řeší bytovou politiku ČR a její nástroje. Zpracovává nejdůležitější pojmy týkající se bytového fondu a financování bydlení. Jsou zde vysvětleny pojmy bydlení, poptávka a nabídka po bydlení, právní důvody užívání bytu. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu současného stavu v oblasti bydlení a na základě zjištěných údajů a vyhodnocení situace města Olomouc je zpracována SWOT analýza. Práce je zakončena rozborem použití účelových prostředků Fondu rozvoje bydlení. |

This thesis deals with the issue of housing the city Olomouc. In the theoretical part of the housing policy addresses the CR and its instruments. Handles the most important concepts related to the housing stock and housing finance. There are explained terms of housing, demand and supply for housing. The practical part contains an analysis of the current situation in housing and on the basis located information and evolution the situation of the city of Olomouc is processed SWOT analysis. The work is finished by analysis using special funds the Housing Development Fund. |
