Diplomová práce se zabývá motivací dobrovolníků v zooterapeutické praxi. Teore-tická část je zaměřena na uvedení do problematiky tří stěžejních oblastí, jimiž jsou zoo-terapie, dobrovolnictví a motivace. V praktické části, za pomoci kvalitativního výzkumu a jeho metod rozhovoru a ka-suistiky, jsou zjišťovány odpovědi na výzkumné otázky související s motivovaností dobro-volníků v zooterapeutické, respektive canisterapeutické praxi. Zjištěné motivace dobrovol-níků souvisí nejčastěji se sekundárními potřebami a prosociálním chováním s těmito potře-bami úzce propojeným. Konkrétními nejčastěji zjištěnými motivacemi je potřeba sebereali-zace, sebepotvrzení a seberozvoje spolu s hledáním smyslu života, potřebou afiliace, po-znání, stimulace a dalšími. Poté jsou na základě výsledků výzkumu formulovány návrhy, které by motivovanost dobrovolníků mohly prohloubit, společně s návrhy na postupy pro zvýšení zájmu veřejnosti o dobrovolnictví v tomto oboru. |

The diploma piece of work deals with the motivation of volunteers in zoo-therapeutic practice. The theoretical part is aimed at presenting the field into three main areas, which are zoo-therapy, volunteering and motivation. In the practical part, with the help of a quality research and its method of conversa-tion and casuistic, questions are determined relating to the motivation of volunteers in zoo-therapeutic practice respectively canister-therapeutic practice. The determined motivation of volunteers mostly relates to the secondary needs and pro-social behavior closely con-nected with these needs. Specific most discovered motivations is the need of self-realization, self-acknowledgement, self-development together with the searching of the meaning of life, the need of affiliation, recognition, stimulation and others. After that, on the basis of research results suggestions are formulated, which could deepen, together with suggestions on advancements, raise the public awareness about vol-unteering in this branch. |
