In meiner Arbeit beschäftige ich mich mit der Geschäftskorrespondenz. In dem theoretischen Teil beschäftige ich mich mit verschiedenen Definitionen. Ich beschreibe, was ein Brief bedeutet, wozu er dient, welche Teile er hat usw. Dann beschreibe ich die Unterschiede zwischen Routinebriefe und Problembriefe. In dem praktischen Teil vergleiche ich vor allem ältere und moderne Arten des Angebots und der Bestellung. Daraus kommt die Vereinfachung des Geschäftsverkehrs. |

In my bachelor thesis I am dealing with business correspondence. In the theoretical part I am dealing with various definitions. I describe what the letter means, what is the usage of letter and from which parts it consists of I also describe the differences between the routine letters and troubled letters. In the practical part, mostly, I am comparing old and modern types of offers and orders. Consequently it results into the facilitation of the whole business communication. |
