Hlavním cílem práce je vypracování studie věnované analýze struktury podnikatelského prostředí a zjistit situaci na trhu podnikatelských subjektů ve správním obvodu Zábřeh, dále hodnotu a strukturu vybraných správních poplatků v daných obdobích s dopadem na rozpočet města. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část analytickou. Teoretická část řeší problematiku živností, novelu živnostenského zákona s účinností od 1. 7. 2008 a SWOT analýzu. Druhá, analytická část práce se zabývá průzkumem trhu pod-nikatelských subjektů, jeho strukturou a vývojem v časovém období 5 let s úmyslem zjistit stav a trend vývoje trhu. Dále dopadem novely na rozpočet, konkrétně příjmy města. Závěr práce je věnován návrhům, které vedou k rozvoji trhu podnikatelských subjektů na Zábřežsku a zvýšení atraktivnosti města. |

The main objective of this thesis is studies devoted to analyzing the structure of his business-environment and identify the market situation of enterprises in the administrative district Zábřeh, the value and structure of selected administrative fees in those years, with an impact on the city budget. The work is divided into theoretical and analytical part. The theoretical part deals with trades, an amendment to the Trade Licensing Act with effect from 1 7th 2008 and SWOT analysis. Analytical part deals with market research business, its structure and evolution in the time period of 5 years with the intention to determine status and trend of the market. Furthermore, the impact of amendments to the budget. The conclusion is devoted to proposals that lead to the development of the market business on Zábřežsko and increase the attractiveness of the city. |
