Diplomová práce se zabývá aspirační úrovní jedince v souvislosti s vlivem prostředí, ve kterém jedinec vyrůstá. V práci je blíže specifikována motivace jedince jako hnací sila jeho jednání, prostředí, se kterým je jedinec v interakci a aspirace, která odráží očekávané život-ní cíle a plány. Na poznatky uvedené v teoretické části pak navazuje praktická část. V rámci výzkumného projektu proběhlo dotazníkové šetření u žáků 9. tříd základních škol na venkově, v malém městě a ve velkém městě. Cílem průzkumu bylo zjistit, zda ovlivňuje prostředí, ze kterého jedinec pochází jeho aspirační úroveň, zda oslovení respondenti již mají vlastní představu o budoucnosti, a zda již mají stanoveny životní cíle Průzkum v oblasti aspirační úrovně byl zaměřen kromě aspirací vzdělanostních i na oblast aspirací rodičovských, na schopnost využití volného času a na oblast životních hodnot a plánů. |

This thesis deals with aspiration levels of individuals, in connection with the influence of the environment where an individual grows. The thesis is presented as the motivation of the individual driving force behind his actions, interaction of individual with the environ-ment and aspirations that reflect the expected life goals and plans. Knowledge from theore-tical part is followed by a practical section. The research project was carried out question-naire survey of pupils 9th elementary school classes in the countryside, in a small town and big city. The survey aimed to determine whether it affects the environment from which the individual derives his aspiration level, addressing whether respondents already have a visi-on of the future, and if they already have set goals in life. Exploration of the aspiration le-vel has been focused in addition to educational aspirations and the aspirations of the par-ents, the ability of leisure and the life values and plans. |
