Téma mé diplomové práce nese název Participační práva dětí a škola. Práce se skládá ze tří kapitol teoretické částí, postihující oblasti práva, které se k participaci bezprostředně vztahují a části praktické, týkající se průzkumu zájmu studentů o participaci ve škole. Smyslem participace je umožnit dětem realizovat svá práva, aktivně spoluvytvářet společnost, ve které vyrůstají a žijí. Participace umožňuje studentům aktivní účast v procesu výuky. Téma participace dětí, tedy jejich spolurozhodování v rodině, ve škole a ve společnosti vůbec, se stává aktuálně diskutovaným problémem. Pojem participace bývá často prezentován ve smyslu zvýšit snahu a zájem, zejména mladých lidí, o dění v jejich okolí. |

The topic of my thesis is Participation Rights of Children and School. The thesis consists of three chapters describing the law closely connected with participation, and practical parts dealing with the students survey on their interest in participation at school. The sense of participation is to allow children to realize their rights and in an active way to help create society in which they grow up and live. The participation enables that students can participate in the process of education in an active way. The topic of children participation, e.g. their share in making decisions in families, at school and in society, has been discussed more and more often. The term participation is presented in the sense of increasing interest of young people in activities in their surrounding. |
