dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části popisuji stáří jako společenský fenomén. Zabývám se procesem stárnutí, farmakoterapií a teorií stárnutí. V další části se zaměřuji na psychologii stárnutí. Zmiňuji se o psychických projevech starších lidí, demenci a gerontologii. V poslední kapitole se zabývám postavením starého člověka ve společnosti. Popisuji obraz seniorů ve společnosti, jejich možnosti na trhu práce, vzdělávání seniorů, mezigenerační vztahy a také ageismus. V praktické části uvádím výsledky výzkumu. Jedná se o kvantitativní výzkum s cílem zjistit, zda se lidé zajímají o problematiku stárnutí a jaké jsou jejich názory na stáří.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This Bachelor work contains two parts - theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part ageing is described as a social phenomenon. I deal with the proces sof ageing, pharmacotherapy and the theory of ageing. The following part is focused on the psychology of ageing. I mention the psychological expressions of elder people, dementia and gerontology. The last charter deals with the position of the elder in the society. I describe the image of seniors in the society, their opportunities on the labour market, education of seniors, relationships between generations and also ageism. The practical part contains the results of my research. It is a quantitative research whose goal is to find out if people are interested in the problems of ageing and what their opinions on ageing are.	en
