dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na možnosti financování investic v podniku. Teoretická část vypovídá hlavně o externích zdrojích financování, které by mohla firma použít. Taktéž jsou zmíněné i interní zdroje financování. Zabýva se i možným rizikem, které je spojené s pořízením investice. Praktická část pojednává o finančním zdraví společnosti a jejích nedostatcích týkajícich se některých ukazatelů. Následně je zpracovaná analýza leasingo-vých a úvěrových produktů. Závěr práce je věnovaný doporučení a výběru vhodné formy financování.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This master thesis is focused on the possibilities of financing of investments in the company XY. Theoretical part reflects mainly on external funding sources, which company could use. Internal sources of financing are also mentioned. This thesis deals with the potential risk, which is associated with purchasing of the investment. Practical part deals with the financial health of the company and its shortcomings related to certain indicators. The analysis of leasing and credit products is processed in this thesis. The conclusion of this thesis is devoted to the recommendation and selection of appropriate forms of financing.	en
