Tato práce se zabývá edukací, jejími zásadami, cíli, způsoby, její důležitostí, principy a edukačním procesem. Práce specifikuje edukaci ve zdravotnictví, popisuje důležitost in-formovanosti pacientů o jejich onemocnění a pravidla podávání informací nemocným. Dále se práce zabývá mírou informovanosti pacientů o jejich chorobě. Předmětem výzkumu jsou pacienti s astma bronchiale, osteoporózou, pankreatitidou, anémií a klienti s pacemakerem. Práce se také snaží zjistit způsob edukace, který by pacientům nejvíce vyhovoval a motivo-val je k získávání dalších informací o svém onemocnění. Přínosem práce je vytvoření vhodného edukačního materiálu pro potřeby nemocničního zařízení. Tyto materiály mají sloužit k jednoduché a účelné edukaci pacientů. Současně si tyto materiály pacienti mohou odnést s sebou do domácího prostředí. Výsledné produkty této práce mohou zvýšit povědomí pacientů o jejich chorobě, informovat je o prevenci komplikací choroby a pomoci jim v akutních stavech. |

This thesis is focused on education, its principles, goals, forms, its importance and the process of education itself. The work specifies in education in health service, describes the importance of notifying patients about their diseases and the rules of providing information to patients. The work also deals with the level of patients awerness about their illnesses. Subjects of the survey are patients with asthma bronchiale, osteoporosis, pancreatitis, anemia and cli-ents with pacemaker. The thesis is also trying to find out the most suitable way of patients education, which would motivate them in obtaining additional information about their diseases. The benefit of this work is in creation useful educational material for the needs of hospital. These materials are intended for simple and effective education of patients. At the same time patients can take these materials with them into the home environment. The resulting outputs of this work can increase the awerness of patients about their disease and inform them about the prevention of complications of the disease and help them in acute conditions. |
