dc.description.abstract	Téma této bakalářské práce se zabývá významem supervize u pracovníků z pomáhajících profesí v domovech pro seniory. Tento specifický druh práce je velmi fyzicky i psychicky náročný, proto by měla i dostatečná pomoc odborníka na supervizi napomoci překonat ob-tíže spojené s těmito profesemi. Teoretická část popisuje jednotlivá témata spojená s pomáhající profesí, jako supervize a pojem pomáhající profese. Praktická část se zabývá porovnáním dvou domovů pro seniory v kraji Zlínském a kraji Jihomoravském. A skuteč-ností, zda pracovníci v jednotlivých domovech supervizi chápou jako prospěšnou pro jejich práci, či ne.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of this thesis deals with the importance of supervision for the helping professions personnel in homes for the elderly. This specific type of job is very physically and mentally demanding, therefore there should be sufficient support of the supervision expert to help overcome difficulties associated with these professions. The theoretical part describes the various issues associated with the helping professions, such as supervision and the concept of helping profession. The practical part deals with the comparison of two homes for the elderly in the Zlín region and in the South Moravian Region. And there is the fact if the workers in the homes perceive supervision as beneficial for their work or not.	en
