Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám problematikou, která se týká pacientů s amputovanou dolní končetinou. Zaměřuji se především na rehabilitaci po amputaci dolní končetiny a na míru soběstačnosti u takhle postižených lidí. V teoretické části práce Vás chci seznámit s nejčastějšími příčinami amputací jako je ischemická choroba dolních končetin a diabetes mellitus. Dále chci přiblížit téma rehabilitační ošetřovatelství, které orientuji na rehabilita-ci pahýlu a následnou péči o pahýl a jeho správné postavení. V praktické části jsem zpra-covala případovou studii o pacientovi s amputovanou dolní končetinou. Využila jsem také škálu soběstačnosti (Barthelův test základních všedních činností), kterou jsem rozdala li-dem s amputovanou dolní končetinou. |

In my dissertation, I consider about problems, which is related to patients with amputation of lower extremity. At first I focusing on rehabilitation after amputation lower extremity and on volume of self-support handicap people. In theoretical part I'd like to introduce you with the most frequent causes of amputation which is ischemic disease of lower extremities and diabetes mellitus. Next, I'd like to approach you with theme of physiotherapy, in which I orient on physiotherapy of stub, after care and his right standing. In practical part I work up case study about patient with amputation of lower extremity. Also I use scale of self-support ( ADL - Activity daily living), which I gave to people with amputation of lower extremity. |
