dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce na téma "Problematika příspěvku na péči dle zákona o sociálních službách - možnosti jeho využití a zneužití" má za cíl přiblížit svým čtenářům problematiku příspěvku na péči a zjistit, jaké jsou možnosti jeho využití, popřípadě zneužití v praxi. Zaměřuje se na historický vývoj sociálních služeb a podává stručný přehled právní úpravy sociálních služeb v České republice do 1. 1. 2007. Součástí práce je též výčet druhů sociálních služeb dle zákona o sociálních službách a možnosti jejich financování v České republice. V závěru práce je objasněna ucelená problematika příspěvku na péči dle aktuální platné právní úpravy. Na konkrétních případových studiích - kasuistikách je dále doloženo, jak je příspěvek na péči využíván v praxi.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The main aim of this bachelor thesis, whose name is ?Problems of the contribution to care in accordance with the social services act ? possibilities of its use and abuse? is to help its readers to understand the problem of contribution to care and to find out the possibilities of its use or abuse in real life. The author is concentrating on the historical development of social services and is trying to present a short summary of legal regulation of social services in the Czech Republic until 1.1.2007. There is also a part that is dedicated to different kinds of social services based on social services law and the possibilities of financing them in the Czech Republic. In the final part of this thesis author clarifies the whole problem of the contribution to care according to current valid legal regulation. The actual usage of the contribution to care is represented on concrete case studies.	en
