dc.description.abstract	Hlavním cílem mé bakalářské práce je analýza současného stavu motivačního systému ve společnosti 1. Art Interier, s.r.o. V teoretické části je zpracována literární rešerše, která je výsledkem studia a analýzy dostupných informačních zdrojů, vztahujících se k dané pro-blematice. Praktická část vychází z teoretického základu a je věnována základním údajům o společnosti a vyhodnocení uskutečněného průzkumu spokojenosti zaměstnanců s motivačním systémem společnosti 1. Art Interier, s.r.o. Zpracované výsledky analýzy poukázaly na možnosti zlepšení současného motivačního systému společnosti. V závěru mé práce jsou vysloveny návrhy a doporučení, které by měly vést ke zdokonalení motivace zaměstnanců ve společnosti.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The main aim of my bachelor thesis is to analyse the present condition of the motivational system at the 1. Art Interier, ltd. Theoretical part includes background research of the exist-ing studies and analysis in relation to my task. Practical part starts from the theoretical basis and it is focused on basic data of company and evaluation of employees satisfaction survey of 1. Art Interier, ltd. The results of survey pointed out on chance to improve system of motivation. The final part of my bachelor thesis includes some suggestions and recommendations for the future improvement of the employees'motivation in the company.	en
