Bakalářská práce ?Problematika trestu odnětí svobody na doživotí včetně jeho sociálních aspektů? je zaměřena na výkon tohoto výjimečného trestu a jeho dopad do osobní sféry odsouzeného především v oblasti psychosociální. Práce obsahuje jednak část teoretickou, kde je popsána mimo jiné právní úprava ukládání a výkonu doživotní sankce a s ní spojené otázky (např. lidských práv či trestu smrti ), její sociální a výchovné aspekty včetně možné resocializace pachatelů těch nejzávažnějších trestných činů, a jednak část praktickou, která se sestává z případové studie vybraného doživotně odsouzeného vězně. Cílem této práce je krom nastínění problémů spjatých s dlouhodobým vytržením jedince ze společnosti i nalezení možností uplatnění poznatků sociální pedagogiky při zmírňování důsledků, jež trest odnětí svobody na doživotí s sebou přináší, jakož i při snaze o případnou resocializaci dotčených osob. |

The Bachelor Thesis ?The issue of life sentence including its social aspects? is directed to the execution of this extraordinary punishment and its affect to the personal sphere of the convict person in particular in the psycho-social sphere. This Thesis contains both the theoretical part, where i.e. the legal regulations are described of the imposing and execution of the life sentence and the questions connected with this (e.g. question of the human rights or death sentence ), its social and educational aspects including possible re-socialization of the offenders of the most serious criminal offences, and the practical part, which consists from the case study of the selected life sentenced prisoner. The goal of this Bachelor Thesis except adumbration of the problems connected with the long-term rapture of the person from the society is also finding of the possibilities of the social pedagogy findings exercise at the lessening of the effects, which the life imprisonment brings with itself, and alsou exercise of these findings at the endeavor for the possible re-socialization of the touched persons. |
