dc.description.abstract	V bakalářské práci se zabývám využitím zavedené normy ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001 ve společnosti BaS, a.s. Zlín. Cílem mé práce je zefektivnit využití této normy ve společnosti. V teoretické části zpracovávám poznatky z oblasti kvality. V praktické části se věnuji analýze současného stavu ve společnosti a navrhuji některá doporučení, která by společnosti mohla pomoci ve zlepšování systému řízení. V závěru doporučuji zavést normu ČSN EN ISO 14001:2005.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	In the bachelor work I'm engaged in the use established norms ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001 at BaS, as Zlín. The aim of my work is to improve the use of standards in the company. In the theoretical part I describe knowledge (information about) of quality. The practical part I deal with analysis of the current in the company and I suggest some recommendations which companies could help in improving the management system. In conclusion, I recommend implementation a norm ČSN EN ISO 14001:2005.	en
