Diplomová práca je venovaná problematike procesu prijímania a adaptácie pracovníkov vo firme LOTN, a.s., nakoľko práve týmto častiam riadenia ľudských zdrojov nie je v našich končinách venovaná značná pozornosť. Teoretická časť pozostáva z dostupných českých, slovenských a anglických poznatkov prijímania a adaptácie pracovníkov pre bližšie špecifikovanie rozoberanej problematiky. Praktická časť sa začína stručnou históriou firmy, štruktúrou zamestnancov a je v nej zanalyzovaný celý proces prijímania a adaptácie pracovníkov v danej firme. Praktická časť obsahuje aj projekt a jednotlivé analýzy projektu. Hlavným cieľom diplomovej práce je poukázať na možné nedostatky v proces prijímania a adaptácie vo firme. |

Diploma thesis is concerning problematic of recruitment and induction of employees in LOTN a.s., since those parts of human resources process are missing and/or have not adequate attention. Theoretical part consists of available czech, slovak, english knowledge of recruitment and induction process of employees in order to deeper specify problematic. Practical part begins with company history, company structure and also with analysis of whole recruitment and induction process of company, including project and its analysis. The main purpose of diploma thesis is to point out weaknesses of recruitment and adaptation process in company. |
