Energetický trh, kterému bude věnována tato práce, má několik specifik. Společnosti podnika-jící na tomto trhu v současnosti dosahují v ČR největších zisků. Další skutečnost, na kterou nelze zapomínat, je fakt, že nemalá část tohoto trhu je stále monopolní. Jedná se bezesporu o největší monopolní trh, který u nás existuje. V teoretické části fakalářské práce budou podrobně popsány postupy podnikání na monopolní části energetického trhu, na němž jsou stanovována pravidla Energetickým regulačním úřa-dem. V praktické části bude podrobně analyzován dopad zavedených regulací na konkrétní společ-nost, včetně všech výhod i nevýhod, které monopolní postavení přináší. V závěru této práce bude posouzeno, nakolik je chování analyzované společnosti efektivní. |

The power market, the topic of the present work, is characterized by a number of specific fea-tures. The companies that are active in the field of energy in this country achieve the lar-gest profits at the present day. Yet another aspect that should not be left out of consideration is the fact that a not negligible part of this market is a monopoly. Actually, this is by far the largest monopoly market existing here at the present day. The theoretical part of this B.A.- degree-thesis will offer a detailed description of entrepreneu-rial procedures in the monopoly sector of the power market where the Regulatory Energy Au-thority determines the rules. The practical part will focus upon the impact of imposed regulations upon certain companies, including all pros and cons brought about by a monopoly position. The conclusion of this work will be reserved to assessing whether the behaviour of a company under consideration can be held for efficient, and to what extent. |
