Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám projektem zavedení systému reportingu externí con-trollingovou firmou Audit CI, spol. s r.o. v obchodní firmě AB, s.r.o. Cílem této práce je navrhnout reporting jako subsystém controllingu, verifikovat navržená řešení, zhodnotit přínosy a nákladovost navrženého systému reportingu. Celá práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části - teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se zaměřuji především na vysvět-lení finančního controllingu a reportingu čerpaných z odborné literatury. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu současného systému controllingu a reportingu, praktický návrh systému reportingu a jeho závěrečná zhodnocení. |

In my thesis I deal with the project of implementation of reporting system by external con-trolling company Audit CI, spol. s r.o. in trade company AB, s.r.o. The main aim of this thesis is to propose the reporting as a subsystem of controlling, verify proposed solutions, assess benefits and expensiveness of the proposed reporting system. The whole thesis is divided into two main parts - theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, I concern on the explanation of terms as financial controlling and reporting as I draw an inspiration from specialized literature. The practical part contains analysis of present controlling and reporting system, practical concept of reporting system and its final evaluation. |
