Hlavním tématem bakalářské práce je mobbing, který definujeme jako psychický teror na pracovišti. V kontextu práce o něm hovoříme jako o patologickém způsobu chování mezi spolupracovníky na stejné pracovní úrovni. Zahrnuje různé způsoby diskriminace, ubližování, znevažování a ponižování, které svou oběť psychicky a fyzicky ničí. Teoretická část je zaměřena na zisk základních informací souvisejících s tématem mobbingu, popisuje jeho proces, strategie, typologii agresora a osobnost oběti. Rovněž čtenáři dává ucelený obraz o tom jaké může mít negativní dopady pro jednotlivce, organizaci a v neposlední řadě také celou společnost. Praktická část se zabývá výskytem daného společensky nepřijatelného fenoménu v řadách Policie ČR. |

The main topic of Bachelor's Degree paper is mobbing which can be defined as a psychoterror in the workplace. In the context of the work it is depicted as a pathological mode of behaviour among the co-workers in the same official position. It includes various methods of discrimination, maltreatment, disparagement and humiliation oppressing the victims and affecting their mental health.Theoretical part is focused on obtaining basic information relating to the mobbing itself; it describes its process, strategy, typology of the aggressor and victim's personality. It also brings to the reader a complex vision of possible negative consequences and impacts upon individuals, organizations and - last but not least - upon the entire society. Practical part of this paper deals with the occurrence of the said socially unacceptable phenomenon among the members of the Police of the Czech Republic. |
