Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou vymáhání pohledávek s ohledem na jejich zajištění v Bance ABC, a.s. Teoretická část obsahuje vymezení pojmu pohledávka, popisuje základy závazkových vztahů, druhy zajišťovacích instrumentů a způsoby vymáhání pohledávek a to jak mimosoudní, tak také soudní cestou. V praktické části je provedena analýza vývoje pohledávek v Bance ABC, a.s. v letech 2006 až 2009 a analýza způsobů jejich zajištění a vymáhání. V závěrečné části diplomové práce jsou identifikovány nedostatky v současném procesu vymáhání pohledávek a navrženy možné způsoby jejich řešení, případně minimalizace jejich negativních dopadů. |

This thesis deals with the enforcement of the debt regarding their secure in the bank ABC, Inc. The theoretical part contains of the definition of debt, and describes the basic engagement relationship, the types of security instruments and methods of debt collection as ouf of cort as court. The practical part is an analysis of development of the debts in the Bank ABC, Inc. from 2006 to 2009 and analysis of the ways their secure and debt collection. In the final section of the thesis there are identified shortcomings in the current debt collection and suggested possibilites of their solution or minimisation of their negative impacts. |
