Bakalářská práce se zabývá vztahy dětí dětského domova, které jejich životy spojuje stejné prostředí z výchovného zařízení. V teoretické části se věnuji charakteristikám především mezilidských vztahů, prvků vyskytující se nejčasněji v komunikační situaci, výchovných zařízení, rodinných dětských domovů a významu slova pomáhat. Praktická část se zaměřuje odhalením používaných prvků v komunikaci u vybraných mladistvých, jejich použití a vliv ve vztazích a vychově, a dále porozuměním vzájemné pomoci mezi těmito mladistvými a vrstevníky ze zařízení. Později ze získaných výsledků je sepsáno doporučení pro dané zařízení. |

The bachelor's thesis is concerned with relations of children at a children's home whose lives are linked by the same environment of an educational establishment. The theoretical section is devoted mainly to the characteristics of human relations, to the elements occur-ring most often in a communication situation, in educational establishments and in family-type orphanages, and to the significance of the word word "to assist". The practical section is directed at revealing the elements utilized in the communication of selected juveniles, their use and influence in relations and education, and further to the understanding of mutual assistance among these juveniles and peers of the establishment. Later on, a recommenda-tion is drawn up from the obtained outcome for the given establishment. |
