dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na teoretické zpracování poznatků o asertivním jednání. Cílem práce je zmapovat, interpretovat a posoudit, jaký vliv má asertivita v mezilidských vztazích. Práce zahrnuje uvedení do této problematiky, zabývá se komunikací, poskytuje přehled o asertivních přístupech a jejich využití v různých komunikačních situacích. Dále poskytuje přehled o využití asertivity ve výchově a ve vztazích mezi lidmi. V závěru práce jsem posoudila, co přináší asertivita do života člověka a zda lze pomocí asertivního jednání zlepšit vztahy mezi lidmi.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor thesis is concentrated on theoretic processing of knowledge about assertive behaviour. The aim of this thesis is to map, to interpret and to assess the influence of assertiveness in interpersonal relations. The thesis involves introduction to these issues, it concerns with communication, it provils a summary of assertive approaches and their application in various situations of communication. It also provides a summary about use of assetiveness in education and in interpersonal relations. In the last part of the thesis I assess what assertiveness brings into people's lives and whether it is possible to improve interpersonal relations using assertive behaviour.	en
