Die vorliegende Arbeit ist in zwei Teile gegliedert. Im ersten Teil werden ausgehend von interkulturellem Management die grundlegenden Begriffe zur Erfassung der interkulturel-len Problematik dargestellt. Anschließend wird der Begriff des interkulturellen Trainings erläutert, um dann auf die einzelnen Trainingsformen und deren verwendete Techniken zu sprechen zu kommen. Abschließend werden die Unterschiede zwischen den englischen und deutschen Kulturstandards und zwischen den Unternehmenskulturen der beiden Länder festgelegt. Im zweiten Teil der Arbeit werden die theoretischen Erkenntnisse durch ein interkulturelles Training in der Praxis überprüft. |

The following section explains the meaning of multicultural training, the specific types of training and its techniques.
