dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá systémem vzdělávání zaměstnanců ve firmě Nihon Electric Czech, s.r.o. Teoretická část diplomové práce řeší postavení vzdělávání v oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů, popisuje obecně proces vzdělávání - systematické vzdělávání zaměstnanců. Zmínka je také o metodách vzdělávání a lehce jsou nastíněna specifika vzdělávání různých cílových skupin. V analytické části je popsán současný proces vzdělávání ve firmě, který je završen analýzou silných a slabých stránek stávajícího systému. Na základě výsledků plynoucích z analytické části byl navržen nový projekt zabývající se zlepšením systému vzdělávání ve firmě. V projektové části jsou popsány jendotlivé kroky nového řešení spolu s implementačním plánem. Navržené nástroje jsou ověřeny na vzorku zaměstnanců.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the system of employees education in the Nihon Electric Czech, s.r.o. company. Theoretical part of this thesis solves education place in the field of human resource management. There is described the whole process of education - systematic process of education. There is also comment about methods of education and education specifics for the different target groups. In the analytical part is describe the present process of education in the company, which is finished by analysis of strenghts and weaknesses. Based on this analysis the new project which concerned with the improvement of education system in the company was proposed. In the Project part there are described individual steps for the new solutions together with the implementation plan. Proposed tools are tested on the sample of employees.	en
