Tématem mé diplomové práce je "Možnosti využití volných finančních prostředků společ-nosti Praxis, spol. s r. o." Cílem práce je navrhnout takové možnosti investičních projektů, které by v budoucnu vedly k dosažení zisku a tím i k maximalizaci tržní hodnoty firmy. V teoretické části jsem uvedla poznatky získané studiem literatury týkající se zdrojů financování a metod hodnocení investic, v praktické části jsem pak charakterizovala společnost a zhodnotila její finanční situaci. Projekt spočíval v návrhu a zhodnocení investičních variant a doporučení optimální a pro podnik nejefektivnější varianty. |

The topic of my diploma thesis is ?qPossible use of available financial assets of Praxis Ltd." The aim of the thesis is to propose such solutions of capital investments which would lead to realising of profit and increasing in market value. In the theoretical part, the sources of possible financing methods and investment performance indicators are introduced. In the analytical part, the financial performace of Praxis Ltd. was evaluated and the actual financial position and performance was assessed. In the project part, several investment proposals were evaluated and the most effective one was recommended for implementation. |
