Cieľom diplomovej práce je spracovať systém odmeňovania a riadenia ľudských zdrojov, zistiť, aká je forma a štruktúra odmeňovania vo firme Tehlár, Trenčín a navrhnúť riešenia na zdokonalenie systému odmeňovania. Poukazujem na to, že každý človek je veľmi dôležitý pri každom pracovnom procese, a preto je veľmi dôležité, aká forma odmeňovania je použitá. V praktickej časti som sa zamerala na charakteristiku činností firmy Tehlár, jej históriu, vývoj až po súčasné aktivity. Hodnotím aktuálny stav odmeňovania, ako aj hodnotenie efektívnosti odmeňovania samostatnými zamestnancami. V závere svojej práce zhodnocujem návrhy na odmeňovanie i na motiváciu pracovníkov v danej firme. |

The purpose of this degree admin is to prepare system of the remuneration and operate of human origin, make out what is the form and the structure of remuneration in Tehlár firm, Trenčín and scheme out solutions for development of the remuneration system. I mention that everyone is very important at every work operation, and its very important what i sused as form of the remuneration. In practical park of this degree admin I fixate on a charakteristic operation of Tehlár firm, its history, an evolution over an acutal activities. I take measure on the actual balance of remuneration and efficiency of remuneration of independent employee. I decline schemes of remuneration and motivation of the personnel in the end of my degree admin in this firm. |
