Bakalářská práce zpracovává téma autority učitele na základní škole. Teoretická část práce obsahuje dvě hlavní oblasti. První oblast se soustřeďuje na učitele, jeho osobnost, doved-nosti, kompetence a učitelské povolání. Druhá část se zaměřuje na autoritu, její členění a typy, na vztah autority a výchovy a její krizi v dnešní době. Praktická část je výzkumem problematiky autority učitele na základní škole. Zjišťujeme, zda je autorita ovlivňována věkem, pohlavím učitele nebo předmětem, který vyučuje. Výzkum byl realizován dotazní-kovou metodou. |

This Bachelor work covers the topic of teachers' authority at basic schools. The theoretical part of the work contains two main areas. The first area concentrates on teachers, their per-sonalities, skills, competences and the profession. The second part focuses on authority, its division and types, on relationship between authority and education, and crisis of authority in this time. The practical part is a research of teachers' authority at basic schools. We in-vestigate if the authority is influenced by teachers' age, sex or the subject. The research was realised by a questionnaire method. |
