Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku inovačně orientované společnosti. V rámci teoretické části je věnována pozornost především jednotlivým oblastem, s kterých se takto vybavená společnost skládá. V praktické části se práce věnuje vyhodnocení inovačního potenciálu společnosti Kordárna, a.s. a především pak analýze míry sofistikovanosti sou-časného inovačního systému, fungujícího ve společnosti. Na základě výsledků zmíněných analýz je vytvořen projekt primární implementace společnosti Kordárna, a.s. na inovačně orientovanou společnost, který se skládá ze zavedení funkce manažera inovací, vytvoření systému shromaždování podnětů, podpory kreativity a vytvoření motivačního programu |

This thesis is aimed to the problems of innovatively directed organisations. In the theore-tical part is the attention devoted mostly to indiviual parts which is this kind of organizati-on provided with. The practical part of this thesis is devoted to evaluation of innovational capacity in the Kordárna, a.s. company and then mostly to the analysis of the degree of sophistry in innovative systém which is workable in the company. On the basis of the re-sults of the analysis is build up a primary project to the modification Kordárna, a.s. com-pany for innovatively directed organisations, which consists of these parts : introduction of manager for innovation, to create the systém of gleaning the inputs for innovation, support of creativity and creation of motivational programm. |
