Ve své bakalářské práci popisuji v rovině teoretické systém náhradní rodinné péče v České republice. Jsou zde uvedeny základní pojmy náhradní rodinné péče v České republice, jako jsou osvojení - adopce, pěstounská péče, opatrovnictví a poručenství s jejich stručnou historií i současnou situací. Náhradní rodinná péče je v každém ohledu velmi citlivé téma. V této práci jsem se věnovala problematice vzniku a zániku náhradní rodinné péče jako jedné z forem péče o děti, které nemohou vyrůstat ve vlastní rodině, protože byly svými rodiči opuštěny, nebo jim opuštění hrozí. |

I describe the system of substitute family care in the Czech Republic on a theoretical basis in my bachelor thesis. It lists the key expressions of substitute family care in the Czech Republic, such as adoption, foster care, guardianship and wardship, including their brief history and current situation. Substitute family care is a highly sensitive topic in any respect. In this work, I have discussed the issues of the commencement and termination of substitute family care as one of the forms of caring for children who cannot grow up within their families because they have been, or are in danger of being, abandoned by their parents. |
