Bakalářská práce popisuje historii migrace na českém území od dob Rakouska-Uherska do současnosti. Zabývá se rovněž popisem orgánů státní moci, které mají v kompetenci tvorbu migrační politiky, legislativy a dohled nad jejím dodržováním. Uvádí definice, popis a klasifikace regularizace nelegální migrace. Praktická část obsahuje výzkum, který se zjišťuje preference cizinců v oblasti regularizace, ochoty k nahlášení nelegálně pobývajících imigrantů státním úřadům a vztahu k sankcím za nelegální pobyt. |

Bachelor's thesis describes the history of migration in the Czech Republic since Austria-Hungary in the con-earliness. It also deals with the description of the institutions of state power, which are the responsibility of making migration policies, legislation and oversight of its observance. States the definition, description and classification of regular-tion of illegal migration. The practical part contains research which identifies preferences of foreigners in the regularization of willingness to report illegal immigrants residing in government and as regards the penalties for illegal stay. |
