dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou důstojného prožití stáří seniora se sníženu mírou soběstačnosti mimo jeho přirozené prostředí s cílem přispět k diskusi o možnostech a mezích rezidenční péče o seniory u nás, zejména odpovědět na otázky kvality a důstojnosti života mimo přirozené prostředí. Teoretická část si všímá historie sociální péče, demografického vývoje v ČR a Brně, sociálních službách a životě seniora doma i v podmínkách ústavní péče. Praktická část zpracovává výsledky řízeného rozhovoru s klienty domovů pro seniory a ankety zadané personálu, zjištěná fakta jsou interpretována a s využitím poznatků z teoretické části formulována doporučení a návrhy pro praxi.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This paper deals with the matters of a retirement of a pensioner with a lowered level of self-sufficiency experienced in a dignified way out of his natural environment. Its aim is to contribute to the discussion about possibilities and limits of the care given in the senior houses in the Czech republic, before all to answer the questions of quality and dignity of a life out of the person's natural environment. The theoretical part is focused on the history of social services, demographic progress in the Czech republic and in Brno, the social services and the life of seniors at home as well as the one in the senior houses. In the practical part there are compiled the outcomes of conducted interviews with seniors living in the houses for seniors as well as the interviews with the houses' staff. The discovered facts are interpreted and on the basis of knowledge described in the theoretical part there are formulated several recommendations and suggestions for use	en
