dc.description.abstract	Cílem této práce je analýza procesu výroby víceúčelových plášťů Mitas pomocí metodiky FMEA. V teoretické části jsem se zabýval teorií managementu jakosti včetně přehledu metod a nástrojů managementu jakosti. V části praktické je stručně představena Mitas a.s., popsán proces výroby víceúčelových plášťů a provedena analýza a hodnocení FMEA tohoto procesu se zaměřením na proces dokončovacích operací, výstupní kontroly, testování a oprav plášťů.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this work is the process analysis of Mitas brand multipurpose tyres by means of FMEA methodics. In the theoretic part I was dealing with the quality management theory including QM methodics and tools. In the practic part the Mitas company is briefly intro-duced, the manufacturing process of multipurpose tyres is described and the FMEA analy-sis and evaluation of this process is with a view to final finishing operations, output con-trol, tyres testing and repairing.	en
