dc.description.abstract	Tato práce si klade za cíl seznámit čtenáře s problematikou mobbingu a jeho negativními důsledky pro jednotlivce, jeho sociální okolí a organizaci. Zvláštní ohled je brán na mobbing jako proces. Práce se zaměřuje na definici mobbingu, na jednotlivé fáze mobbingového procesu a na typické způsoby mobbování. Praktická část je zaměřena na rozpoznání daného fenoménu v řadách Policie České republiky.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of the study is to acquaint readers with the issue of mobbing as well as its negati-ve impact on an organization, individuals and their social background. In particular, the study focuses on mobbing as a process. It concentrates on a mobbing definition and the separate phases of the mobbing process and typical methods of mobbing. The practical part deals with recognizing the mentioned phenomenon in the environment of Police for-ces of the Czech republic.	en
