Tato diplomová práce se zabývá implementací protikrizových opatření do firemních procesů s cílem udržení tržního podílu a zajištění přežití. Je rozdělena do tří základních částí, kde první částí je teorie související s protikrizovými opatřeními, druhou je analytická část, přibližující současný stav společnosti a třetí částí je projekt navržení konkrétních opatření pro splnění daných cílů. |
