Cílem diplomové práce je provedení analýzy financování obce Všemina v období od roku 2001 až po současnost. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy a principy, na kterých je financování obcí a měst založeno. Praktická část obsahuje socioekonomickou analýzu a rozbor hospodaření a financování obce Všemina. Zjištěné poznatky dále shrnuje SWOT analýza, na jejímž základě jsou vyvozeny konkrétní návrhy možností změn financování obce Všemina. |

The aim of this thesis is to analyse financing of the village of Všemina since 2001 until now. Theoretical part defines basic terminology and principles of municipalities financing. Practical part contains socio-economic analysis and analysis of economy and funding of the village of Všemina. Gained data and information are summarized by SWOT analysis, which creates the basis for defining proposals to modificate current municipal financing of the village Všemina. |
