dc.description.abstract	V úvodu se tato práce stručně zabývá vymezením pojmu veřejný prostor a zmiňuje některé z možných způsobů jejich kategorizace. Ve velmi hrubých rysech nastiňuje historický vývoj a proměny chápání jejich smyslu. Jsou při tom zmíněny některé příklady veřejných prostorů, historických i současných. V další části je popsán návrh revitalizace Horního náměstí ve Slavičíně. Je zde konkretizována autorova představa o možné podobě tohoto veřejného prostoru. Nové řešení se snaží vytvořit z neživého prostoru místo, které se stane centrem nejrůznějších setkávání, komunikace, relaxace a dalších rozmanitých aktivit.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	At the beginning my work deals with the determination of the term of public space and it specifies some of the possible ways of its categorization. It sketches out the historical development and understanding changes of its meaning. Some examples of public space are mentioned in this work, there are historic as well as contemporary examples. A project of the revitalization of the Upper Square in Slavičín is described in this work. The designer's vision about the possible form of this public space is concretized in this thesis. The new solution tries to change a non-living space into a place which can become a centre of different meetings, communication, relaxation and other various activities.	en
