dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou adaptace v průmyslové výrobní společnosti. Teoretická část představuje teoretická východiska pro další zpracování adaptačního procesu v praktické části, zejména však v projektové části, jejímž cílem je vytvoření uceleného adaptačního programu. Vytvoření adaptačního procesu vychází z analýzy současného stavu ve výrobní společnosti. Adaptační proces byl vytvořen na základě konkrétního zadání společnosti. Hlavním cílem bylo snížení počtu zaměstnanců, kteří odcházejí ve zkušební době a snížení s tím spojených nákladů.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with a problem of adaptation in an industrial production company. A theoretical part introduces theoretical solutions for a further analysis of the adaptation process in a practical part, especially then in its projection part, which aims to form a comprehensive adaptation program. The design of the adaptation process stems from an analysis of the current situation in the production company. The adaptation process has been created on the account of a specific company assignment. Its main objective was minimizing the number of employees, who leave the company during their probationary periods and thus reducing the related costs.	en
