dc.description.abstract	Tato práce mapuje interpersonální vztahy v souboru divadla Ježek a čížek, které formou teatroterapie pomáhá svým hercům, lidem bez domova, ke znovunabytí klíčových sociálních kompetencí. Použitá výzkumná metoda je modifikace klasického Morenova sociometrického testu, konkrétně L-J sociometrická technika, kterou do československé odborné literatury uvedl prof. Jiří Musil. Výsledky šetření se staly základem snahy o zlepšení mezilidských vztahů a sociálního klimatu mezi členy souboru, kteří coby bezdomovci postrádají v běžném životě standardní sociální síť a nezbytnou sociální oporu. Tito lidé v obtížné životní situaci, osamělí a bez rodin, si v mikroklimatu malé sociální skupiny poskytují tyto lidské hodnoty vzájemně při společné práci. Proto jsme se snažili přispět ke zlepšení mezilidských vztahů v této skupině.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This work maps interpersonal relations of Ježek a čížek theatre ensemble. The ensemble is formed by homeless people so the theatre work, in effect by a theatrotherapy, helps them to find out against their key competency. We used the scientific research method, the Moreno sociometric test modification, exactly mean the L-J sociometric method. The L-J sociometric method has been published in Czechoslovakia scientific literature first by proff. Jiří Musil. Our findings result stay a base to improve of interpersonal relations and social feeling in the ensemble. The ensemble - the homeless people - miss a standard social network and a necessary social support in their ordinary life. So the lonely people, without family, in a painful situation, they gives each other these human value in a small social group at dramatic work. For these reasons we want to improve interpersonal relations in the small group of homeless ensemble.	en
