dc.description.abstract	Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza kalkulačního systému a nákladového řízení ve výrobním podniku XYZ, s.r.o. Teoretická část práce je věnována problematice nákladů a jejich členění, alokaci nákladů a zejména pak kalkulacím a jednotlivým kalkulačním metodám. V praktické části následuje po představení společnosti analýza nákladů z hlediska jejich členění. V další části je podrobně analyzován současný stav řízení nákladů a kalkulací v podniku. Na základě identifikovaných nedostatků jsou na závěr teoretické části uvedeny návrhy na optimalizaci kalkulačního systému prostřednictvím nového kalkulačního vzorce.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject of this bachelor's thesis is an analysis of the calculating system and management of costs in the manufacturing company XYZ, Ltd. The theoretical part of the work is devoted to the problems of costs and their breakdown, allocation of costs and especially to calculations and individual calculating methods. In the practical part, after presentation of the company, follows an analysis of costs from the aspect of their structuring. In the next section is a detailed analysis of the current state of costs management and calculations in the company. On the basis of identified insufficiencies at the conclusion of the theoretical section are stated proposals for optimization of the calculating system via a new calculating formula.	en
